The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The detail we did not like was a behavior of one of the waiters during dinner. It was humiliating to see his obvious comments with his colleagues directed at me and my wife. The food in general was of lower quality than expected compared to other places we've visited in Mexico. Another negative detail was the fixed shower head that simply does not allow normal body washing.

the breakfast was decent , but the poor room heating was a letdown. loved the spacious room with a cozy vibe and the cool swing bench outside. nice that they have free transfers from the train station too.

the lodge at creel eco, hotel & spa is a fantastic place to stay! the rooms are spacious and clean, and the common area is very inviting. it’s centrally located, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the free transfers from the train station were a great bonus, too!

This place suits me perfectly! Great Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely restaurant. On my first visit, the staff even helped with a late check out, which I remember fondly. Highly recommend for any stay. Coming back for a holiday!

Additionally, the heating in the bar area was lacking on colder nights, which detracted from the overall cozy ambiance.

We enjoyed our stay, with easy access to lago de arereco and the stunning cristorey, both just a short stroll from our room, making it convenient to soak in the breathtaking views and charm of creel. the bar offered a warm atmosphere and great chicken tacos, further enhancing our experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a rapid stop in Creel with best value. The bar area was super cozy, especially with the fire warming things up on a cold night. Make sure to try the chicken tacos when you eat there.
